Terms and definitions
In this Public Offer for the provision of services for the screening of a Concert, concert program, or other entertainment program (hereinafter referred to as the Offer), the terms and definitions given are used in the following meanings:

The Offer – a real Public Offer for the provision of services for the display of Events, published on websites owned by the Organizer and/or available on websites owned by ticket operators.;
Event – a concert program, including a theatrical performance, a concert in a hall, club, sports complex or outdoor area, an exhibition, a film screening, a festival, a show, a fashion show, an excursion, as well as any other event that can only be attended upon presentation of a special ticket document, and created with direct participation The organizer;
Ticket – a document certifying the Participant’s right to attend an Event and containing all the necessary information about the Event, the place allocated to the Participant at the Event (sector, row, etc., as well as certifying the right of passage to the Event) and the cost of services.;
Agent – an authorized legal entity (persons) on the basis of Contracts concluded with the Organizer to provide services for booking, registration and sale of Tickets for various Events;
Participant – an individual or legal entity (persons) to whom the Organizer provides services for the screening of the Event, subject to the availability of a Ticket to the Event;
Concertante – an individual and/or a musical group or collective that publicly performs works of culture and art in a live performance and using technical means on their own behalf, at their own choice, at their own will and in their own interest as part of the Event.
1. General provisions
1.1 This Offer regulates the conditions and procedure for the display of the Event and the obligations arising from this between the Organizer and the Participant.
1.2 The Event is shown to the Participant solely on the terms of this Offer and only in case of its full and unconditional acceptance. Partial acceptance, as well as acceptance on other terms, is not allowed. The Participant‘s use of the Organizer‘s services on the terms proposed in this Offer indicates the conclusion of a contract between them.
1.3 The Organizer has the right to make changes to this Offer at any time, but in any case such changes will be published and made publicly available through publication on the Organizer‘s websites. https://orchestra-experience.id and Agents.
1.4 The Participant‘s use of the Organizer‘s services after making changes to the text of this Offer means acceptance of the Offer, taking into account the changes made.
2. Subject of the Offer
2.1 The subject of this Offer is the display of the Event, notification of the time, place, rules of conduct, and issuance of the necessary document for passage.
2.2 The Organizer is responsible for the quality of the Services provided to the Participant.
2.3 The event is not an individually personalized service.
3. Acceptance of the Offer
3.1 The Participant‘s acceptance of the provisions of this Offer is carried out through specific actions (purchase of a Ticket, presentation of a Ticket, passage to the territory fenced for the Event). The Participant‘s acceptance of this Offer is made voluntarily and in full.
3.2 Before accepting the Offer, the Participant must be sure that all the terms of this Offer are clear to him and he accepts them unconditionally and in full.
3.3 Event tickets are distributed throughout the Event Organizers‘ building. The fact of Ticket purchase confirms the conclusion between the Buyer/The Visitor and the Organizer of the Contract for the provision of cultural and entertainment / sports and entertainment services, all rights and obligations under which (including with respect to Tickets) arise between the Buyer/The Visitor and the Organizer.
4. Rights and obligations of the Parties
4.1 The Participant has the right to receive information about the Event, the place and time of its holding, the conditions of its holding, the cost of Tickets, and the methods of Ticket purchase.

4.4 If the Participant fails to comply with any of the points of the Offer, refuse to provide Services to him in the future.
4.5 The Organizer undertakes to provide the Participant with the necessary information about a specific Event.
5. Responsibility
5.1 In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under the Offer, the Parties are responsible in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the terms of this Offer. The responsibility of the Organizer in the process of providing Services to the Participant is limited to the function of organizing the Event.
5.2 The Organizer is not responsible for the discrepancy between the services provided and the Participant‘s expectations and/or his/her subjective assessment. According to Article 36.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation of October 9, 1992 No. 3612–I “Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation on Culture“, an independent assessment of the quality of services provided by cultural organizations is not carried out in relation to the creation, performance and interpretation of works of literature and art.
5.3 The Organizer is not responsible for any losses and moral damage incurred by the Participant as a result of a misunderstanding or misunderstanding of information about the organization of the Event.
5.4 The Parties shall be released from liability for non-performance or improper performance of this agreement if this non-performance or improper performance is caused by circumstances of force majeure (force majeure) that arose against the will of the parties after the conclusion of this agreement, which the parties could not have foreseen when concluding this agreement or prevented by reasonable measures. Such force majeure circumstances include: floods, fires, earthquakes and other natural phenomena, as well as war, hostilities, accidents, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, acts or actions of government agencies that impede the fulfillment of obligations under this agreement, illness or injury of any of the Concertgoers or a necessary person from the Concert team, and any other circumstances beyond the control of the parties.
5.5 In case of force majeure circumstances, the Organizer is obliged to immediately notify the Participant of the occurrence of such circumstances by posting on the Organizer‘s website. https://orchestra-experience.id
5.6 In case of force majeure circumstances, the Organizer has the right to cancel or postpone the Event at its discretion.
5.7 In case of cancellation of the Event, except for cancellation due to the circumstances set out in clause 5.4 of this Public Offer Agreement, the Organizer is obliged to reimburse the Participant for the nominal Ticket price. The nominal ticket price is the Event attendance price set by the Organizer for all Participants. Ticket refund conditions for each Event are determined by the Organizer and published on the Organizer‘s website. https://orchestra-experience.id and Agents.
6. Dispute resolution
6.1 Disputes arising during the performance of the contract under the terms of this Offer are resolved in compliance with the claims procedure. The claim is submitted to the Organizer in writing, accompanied by documents substantiating the claims, within no more than 10 (ten) business days from the date of occurrence of the cause of the dispute. The received claim is considered by the Organizer within a period of no more than 1 (one) month.
6.2 If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the disputes that have arisen are subject to consideration in court at the location of the Organizer.
6.3 In all other matters not provided for in the Offer, the Parties are guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. Modification and termination of the Offer
7.1 This Offer comes into force from the date of its posting on the Organizer‘s website and on the Agents‘ website, and is valid indefinitely. The provisions of this clause also apply to additions (amendments) to this Offer.

Rules of consumer behavior during entertainment events organized by PT IRS Production Indonesia exchange and refund of tickets for these events
1. These Rules of Consumer Behavior during Entertainment Events organized by PT IRS Production Indonesia, exchange and refund of tickets for these events (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) establish rules of behavior for consumers – viewers who purchased tickets to variety concerts and other cultural events (hereinafter referred to as concerts) organized by PT IRS Production Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as the Concert Organizer), during their visit, as well as the procedure for exchanging and refunding tickets purchased for these events.
2. The Rules are subject to posting on the Internet information and telecommunication network.
3. By purchasing a ticket, the consumer agrees to the application of these Rules to him.
4. The concert organizer and the consumer, by mutual agreement drawn up in writing, have the right to depart from these Rules and agree on a different procedure for the exchange and refund of tickets purchased for the concert, if this does not worsen his position in comparison with the regulation established by the Rules.
5. The consumer bears civil liability for the loss or damage of equipment, inventory, dishes, interior items, furniture, decoration (intentionally or negligently) used by the Concert Organizer, and is obliged to compensate for the damage caused by him based on the actual value of the damaged or lost property.
The fact of loss or damage to property is formalized by an act of loss or damage to property, drawn up in free form, indicating the date, time and place of its compilation, the name of the concert, the full list and value of each item of property with a note about its loss or damage, as well as a description of the type and amount of damage caused to each item.
The act of loss or damage of property is signed by persons authorized by the Concert organizer, as well as by the consumer (his representative). If the consumer refuses to sign an act on the loss or damage of property, a note about this is made in the act.
If the consumer refuses to compensate for the damage, it is subject to judicial recovery from the consumer.
6. Each consumer, while at the venue of the concert, may become a participant in amateur or professional photography, video or audio recording and gives his consent to the use of these materials for the internal needs of the Concert Organizer, in video, television and radio broadcasts, in publications in the press or the Internet, as well as to record the circumstances listed in these Rules.
7. Tickets are exchanged or refunded exclusively by the Concert Organizer after the consumer submits an application in free form to the Concert Organizer’s email address: irs.production.ind@gmail.com
8. Ticket operators and other agents have the right to refund or exchange tickets purchased for concerts of the Concert Organizer only with the prior permission of the latter. If an application is sent to the agent, the latter does not consider it and is obliged to inform the consumer of the addresses for communication with the Concert Organizer. When purchasing multiple tickets, the consumer submits a separate request for the exchange or refund of each ticket.
